Our Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Kulcha Quest, we strive to provide unforgettable cultural experiences in Kingston, Jamaica. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our tours and experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour: Customers will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled tour: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: No refunds will be issued. However, customers may reschedule for a later date, subject to availability.
No-shows: If a guest does not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of customized experiences, cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance to receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled private tour will not be eligible for a refund.
Guests may request to reschedule a tour at least 72 hours before the scheduled date without additional charges.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the tour date will incur a 25% rebooking fee.
Rescheduled tours must be completed within 3 months of the original booking date.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Kulcha Quest is not responsible for additional transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors.
In the case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe to proceed with the tour, Kulcha Quest will offer guests the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If a tour is canceled due to low participation, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, Kulcha Quest reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice. Guests will be offered rescheduling options or partial refunds at our discretion.
