Kulcha Quest does not store full card details. Payments are processed through our secure payment provider.

c. Photographs and Media

Waivers

Financial and billing records are retained for 7 years in accordance with standard tax and financial recordkeeping requirements in Jamaica.

Website Analytics Data

Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google’s default retention settings unless otherwise configured.

When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
