Questions before you book?
How do bookings + payment work?
Reserve a slot online — our team approves it, then sends you a secure WooCommerce payment link. Seats stay held until payment expires.
Where do you pick us up?
Hotels in the Kingston area — we coordinate the exact spot once your booking is confirmed.
Are tours kid-friendly?
Most tours welcome kids with kid pricing. Workshops vary — Create di Kulcha is built for children & families.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule is treated as cancellation — 90% refund, 10% retained. Policy clearly displayed before booking.
